Terms of ServicePayment is due immediately upon purchase of items, and must be received in full prior to shipment.
Our primary shipping method for DVDs is USPS Priority Mail; we DO NOT use Media Mail to ship DVDs. Some DVDs listed as having FREE SHIPPING (US and CANADA only) will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Some heavier DVD boxsets and other items may ship via UPS or FedEx – check the specific item's description. We can ship via UPS or FedEx by request if arranged prior to purchase - please contact us for a UPS or FedEx shipping quote. (Shipping method for multiple-item orders will be assessed and determined on a per-order basis).
Orders shipping within the United States usually ship out within 1–2 business days of receipt of payment.
Orders shipping outside the United States will be sent via either USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International, and usually ship out by the Wednesday or Saturday after payment is received.
International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties that may be imposed by the recipient country's customs office. Any and such taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
We make an effort to package all items so that they will be protected during transit. DVD orders shipping via USPS Priority Mail are carefully packed into a sturdy box with packing material. DVD orders shipping via USPS First Class Mail are packaged in a bubble envelope. DVDs: occasionally a DVD disc may become dislodged during transit, but usually does not sustain any damage. Please test it!
All posters ship rolled in a mailing tube. Small posters usually ship via USPS First Class Mail. Large posters and multiple-poster purchases usually ship via USPS Priority Mail.
We accept returns only on DVDs that are defective. Please contact us and describe the problem within 14 days of receiving the item. In most cases we will e-mail you a return shipping label, and we would expect the entire product to be sent back packaged in the same careful manner in which it was sent. We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on our stock at hand.
Some DVD editions are extremely rare, in which case we cannot accept returns, neither for replacement nor for refund. These will be indicated as "RARE" in the item description.
We do not accept returns of non-DVD items purchased in our store. All sales of non-DVD items are FINAL.
We do not accept returns of ANY items purchased in our Scratch-N-Dent category. All sales of Scratch-N-Dent items are FINAL.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for whatever reason.
